Installation Instructions

1. Backup Your World!
2. Delete any old versions of the Railcraft zip files in the “.minecraft\mods” folder
3. Install Risugami’s ModLoader for MC 1.8.1
4. Install Flan’s ModLoaderMp Client Version for MC 1.8.1 – Yes, you need it even if you only want singleplayer.
5. Install Minecraft Forge Client 1.1.2 or newer (MC 1.8.1 Versions Only)
6. Download Eloraam’s Forge chunk patch and drop it into your minecraft.jar (Forge 1.1.2 Only)(Optional)
7. If you plan to use Better than Wolves, install it now (Optional)
8. For Railcraft versions 1.4.0 or later. Download the Minecart Compatibility Layer (Client) from below and extract the contents into your minecraft.jar over-top of Forge (and BTW). If you are using one of those fancy patchers, it will probably complain. The warnings can be safely ignored.
9. Download and drop the Railcraft Client zip file into the “.minecraft\mods” folder. Do not extract or attempt to place the contents into minecraft.jar!

Snow's Craft

Thanks for checking out Snow’s Craft! This is a little minimalistic texture pack that I created a few months ago and used privately. After a while I decided to make it public for everyone else to use too! I hope you enjoy it!

Forestry for Minecraft

If there is one task in Minecraft I loathe, it is farming trees. Using BuildCraft I found myself building quite a few tree farms to get enough charcoal for my steam engines. And even with TehKrush’s “Timber!” I found myself bored with farming trees. However I did not find a way to truly automate tree farming. So I looked at a few modding tutorials and built my own tree farm equipment. The result is this mod. I hope a few people might find some use for it. And who does not love a good production chain with BuildCraft pipes.

The goal of this mod is to automate tree farming as much as possible without becoming entirely overpowered. Full automation can currently only be achieved if the mod is used in conjunction with BuildCraft.

Installation Instructions

Check that your minecraft is at version 1.8.1. If you have upgraded to 1.9 or later, you will have to downgrade to use this version of the mod. If you already have BuildCraft 2.2.4+ or IndustrialCraft 2 1.23 (along with Minecraft Forge 1.1.2) installed, you can skip directly to Step 4.

Step 1:
Find your minecraft.jar. On windows it will be located in %appdata%/.minecraft/bin. Backup your current minecraft.jar.

Step 2:
Delete the folder META-INF in your minecraft.jar. Not deleting it will cause the game to fail to start up, even if you installed everything else correctly.

Step 3:
Open your minecraft.jar with WinRAR or 7zip. Drag and drop the contents of the zip file for ModLoader into the .jar. Proceed to do the same for ModLoaderMP and then for Minecraft Forge. You have to install the mods in this exact order!

Step 4:
Add forestry-client-A-1.0.8.5.jar to your mod folder in %appdata%/.minecraft/mods. This is also where the files for BuildCraft and IndustrialCraft 2 should be located.

Step 5 (optional):
Test your installation by launching the minecraft client. Press the button “Login” in the launcher and wait for the main menu to appear. Now check the file ModLoader.txt in %appdata%/.minecraft/. You should find a line that says “FEIN: Mod Loaded: “mod_Forestry 1.0.8.5″ from mod_Forestry.class” or something similar. If the file does not mention Forestry, something is amiss.

Simple Medieval

This texture pack is 16px, and is based on a medieval style. It is currently still in development, and is unfinished. It is using some textures from my other pack (Snow’s Craft) right now, too.

Attacking Snake

I put this project together after I was playing around with the worldedit mod the other day and found a way to easily make spiraling sections. I wanted to test the design on something and couldn’t think of anything special right away so I ended up just going with a partially coiled snake.

The whole snake was created with the worldedit mod alone while the desert background was made with worldpainter, I also used MCEdit to import it and the spawn section into the world.

Since a few people requested it, I have also changed the snake so it is now completely hollow. The tunnel goes through the entire body from the open mouth to the base ground.
